Job Description

● Intra-company collaboration, interface across the company with Network Group, ITS, Marketing, Sales and Distribution, and Legal & Regulatory divisions to ensure buy-in and execution of the product development strategies and plans. ● To manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers, ensuring product development strategies and plans. ● To drive revenue generation opportunities related to Digital P&S to ensure all P&S lines are profitable as per the business plan. ● To decide on all Digital P&S lifecycle and shut down specific P&S, which was omitted from the portfolio. ● To provide strategic direction for capturing the digital service users using a combination of relevant products and services. ● To evaluate strategic opportunities and formulate strategies to grow targeted segments and overall value in the digital product and services area for MTNIrancell. ● To observe the relevant competitors' strategic moves within the market and create models, possible counter-strategies, and proactive strategies. ● To provide input towards market exploiting campaigns that bring value to the company. ● To lead the digital product growth teams; determine the business development objectives and implementation plans to achieve the goals. ● To support the development and manage the execution of a different partnership with digital service providers. ● To foster collaboration with third parties that own or deliver vital digital products and services to Irancell. ● To ensure compliance of all Irancell digital product and services propositions, business models, and GTM with local regulations governing products and services in Iran. ● To lead and monitor marketing and GTM of the new and existing product portfolios. ● To ensure integration and free flow of information between business development and platform delivery teams, guaranteeing both team concerns are seen in the business development cycles.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing, Communications) or related fields; Master's degree is preferred, or an MBA graduate. ● Fluent in English. ● 5 years of experience covering; strategy formulation, customer analytics, business development, partnership management, or marketing management; at least 3 years of experience in a relevant senior manager role; at least 8 years of managerial and senior managerial experience.
