Job Description

We are looking for a skilled digital marketing manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful digital marketing strategies, be well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends, and have a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and effective content across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • SEO and SEM: Manage and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and engagement. Stay current on social media trends and best practices.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
