Job Description

- Responsible for overseeing the Customer Service Department and ensuring the company or corporation delivers the highest level of customer service possible - Supervises agents, trains, coaches, and mentors employees. Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff - Communicating with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face - Investigating and solving customer problems, which may be complex or long standing problems - Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, issuing refunds or compensation to customers - Entering accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers - Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing - Writing reports analyzing the customer service - Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use - Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department - Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service - Being involved in staff recruitment and training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service - Learning about organization's services and keeping up to date with changes - Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by working closely with the other division - Reporting to: Managing Director - Location: Tehran & Qom

Requirements

- BA/MA in management, engineering or other related fields - At least 5 years of related customer service management experience - Fully familiar with CRM and customer service processes and duties - Deep knowledge of customer service laws and other related regulations - Computer literate Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet skills - Responsible, committed and proactive, ready to learn and hard working - Very good verbal and written communication skill, active listener and strong teamwork capabilities including negotiation skills - Organized and detail oriented with good time management abilities - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines under stress - Good command of English language
