Job Description

•Main Objective: In order to provide the best possible services to our customers, Customer Service Department of Straumann Middle East (The subsidiary of Institute Straumann AG in Iran) is looking for customer service specialists. The post is for highly motivated and high energy candidates that would like to work with the well-reputed and prestigious brands in the business. •Main Responsibilities: -Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face, confidently and knowledgeably -Provide the full suite of Straumann customer service offerings (e.g. answering technical questions, processing orders) to all parties contacting Straumann via email, phone, fax and other contact modes -Managing the entire process of fulfilling a customer order from order entry to dispatch and collection to ensure that customer requirements are met -Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex -Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, issuing refunds or compensation to customers -Entering accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers -Learning about Straumann new products and services and keeping up to date with changes -Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by working closely with the other division -Maintain a friendly yet efficient interface with customers at all times -Recording documentation of data using SAP -Processing orders accurately and efficiently using SAP -Preparing required and requested reports -Participating in other duties as assigned

Requirements

-Prior dental experience preferred -At least 3 years of related experience -Energetic, self-motivated, inspiring, creative, with good teamwork spirit -Be fast and accurate -Be able to own up to Mistakes with humility -Be unfailingly civil and respectful -Customer complaints handling ability -Problem solving ability -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
