Coordination among Sales and Operation departments (Factory, Logistics & Distributors).
This position is responsible for the creation of order in the SAP system and follows up dispatching and on-time delivery till destination to customer.
Supervise sales received orders and optimize it, according to minimum order and reach to daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Periodical / regular Visit of sales distributors and creating effective communication, also eliminate obstacles and problems to build lasting relationships by customer.
Monitoring sales distributes inventory and creation of stable supply for finished goods, according to production capacity, Logistics concerns, and sales target.
Regular meetings with sales and logistics teams.
- B.A. in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management / MBA
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same position
- Familiar with customer satisfaction surveys, market researches, sales, analyzing data, and reports
- Preferably familiar with the FMCG industry
- Skilled in office software
- Skilled in CRM and SAP software
- Self-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, active
- Good communication skills
- English proficiency (Turkish language proficiency is a plus)
