Job Description
Overall efficient accounting for the company in cross-functional interactions, defining priorities, developing and maintaining a wide range of accounting procedures in the cost accounting area. Ensure all statutory and group accounting manual requirements are satisfied. Accounting for and control over transactions in Body spinner with a focus on reconciliation/reporting. Analysis of manufacturing costs and preparation of regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
Role description:
● Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies and analyze Price variances (internal and external), production variances, IPC (Indirect production cost) variances, and take corrective and preventive measures.
● Prepare and submit the COGS report in line with the local audit requirement.
● Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
● Monthly review of transactions and balances appearing in a local statutory statement and analysis over or under absorption.
● Verify the postings and balance in the material ledger impacting local books, and align with the Tax team to ensure relevant adjustment postings are made in Local accounts.
● Ensure all production-related controls are performed timely.
● Provide production accounting-related details for annual questionnaire reporting.
