The tasks and responsibilities of this job include all legal and contractual services related to ongoing projects, under negotiations, as well as future agreements, and other contractual and legal issues, and responsibility for assisting the company's contractual and legal manager.
Requirements
A PhD or a Master's degree in International Law
At least 15 years of experience mainly in technical, previous experiences in Oil and Gas-related industries required.
Familiar with international agreements and Contracts.
