Job Description

Contracts and Tenders Senior legal Expert should be able to do the following: - Establishment and management of integrated legal and contracts - A to Z contract clause negotiation, contract analysis and contract management until completion of the contract - Provide clear contractual analysis and advice to project team on matters concerning contractual obligations, contract risk and claim management - Compliance & Regulatory affairs related to Legal and contracts - Extend support to Project Management in contract and claim related matters like extension of time or change orders - Follow up the Claims & Dispute Resolution - Direction of differential legal cases such as criminal law disputes and arbitration cases
