Job Description
Position Purpose:
The contract supervisor is under the general supervision of the legal manager and performs activities related to drafting, reviewing, and translating contracts and other legal documents upon request, archiving contracts, and assisting the legal team in their respective tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contractual agreements, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, supply agreements, and sales agreements.
- Ensure compliance of negotiated terms with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assess risks and compliance and provide recommendations to Project owners with the supervision of a legal manager.
- Manage contract change requests, amendments, and extensions.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for continuous improvement of the contracting process.
- Prepare or review other legal documents such as POAs, Commitment letters, Affidavits, etc. per request.
