Job Description

The role of content specialists is communication specialists who develop and implement all targeted content for various media platforms. They research, write, proofread, and edit all media content, implement and manage media campaigns, and deliver public relations and communications plans. Their main role is to promote knowledge sharing throughout the processes and systems by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and information systems. The content specialist will partner with various business units to improve integrations among information systems to facilitate the seamless exchange of information across those systems Job Objective: ● Develop content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels. ● Drive strategic initiatives. ● Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies. ● Produce content in the form of motion and graphics. ● Develop and in place an Innovative solution for cascading Knowledge sharing in the group. ● Negotiate with department and business units to close competitive deals. ● Identify customer needs and propose new topics based on them. ● Develop content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and communications goals. ● Plan and execute the best structure for continual improvements and engaging the people in KM. ● Admin and support knowledge management network. ● Create infographics. ● Develop an agile KM model. ● Produce content in the form of motion and graphics. ● Propose an innovative plan to empower the engagement of people in KM. ● Monitor the health of the knowledge base, analyze article patterns and trends and make suggestions for improvement. ● Act as a change agent by promoting understanding and benefits of Knowledge Management. ● Gather KM KPIs reports.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience in media management, content capturing, knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, or other relevant experience. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Media Management. ● Sensitive to the principles of writing. ● Prior experience with knowledge management methodologies, tools, and concepts. ● Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based programming, knowledge management principles, and capacity to deliver knowledge management and/or organizational learning activities. ● Demonstrated interest in and capacity to deliver knowledge management and/or organizational learning programs. ● Good analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, understandable ideas. ● Strong analytical skills for the synthesis of materials, evaluations, and preparation of poster presentations, etc. ● Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally and cross-culturally to ensure alignment and realization of strategic goals. ● Demonstrated influence skills, initiative, and a positive attitude. ● Excellent facilitation and organizational skills. ● Experience in project management. ● Interested in learning and producing content in the technical field. ● Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills. ● Familiarity with Photoshop and Premiere. ● Mobility readiness. ● Experience leading change across a large organization. Nice to haves: ● Experience in deployment of MAKE, MIKE, and KM4D (International Knowledge Awards). ● Experience in media communication. ● Experience in business excellence.
