Job Description

Main responsibilities: - Schedule & control the construction activities in logical steps and budget and time required to meet the project deadlines - Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers. -Managing the subcontractors - Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, workers, client, representative of owner & subcontractors - Obtain necessary permits and licenses from client - Control engineering activities during construction - Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction - Prepare and submit budget estimation and progress - Cost tracking & control budget - Develop & implement HSE & quality control programs - Take action & deal with the results of delays, bad weather or emergencies at site - Confer with supervisory personnel, owner and subcontractors Reporting to: Project manager Subordinates: Sub-contractors, Executive staffs Duration: 2 years contract Desired start date: ASAP Working hours: 240 hours per month Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable Commission / Bonus: yes Other Benefits: Housing, Transport to Tehran, Health
