Job Description

- Perform purchasing and procurement procedure. - Prepare documents required for import license. - Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. - Compare suppliers' commercial documents with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy. - Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. - Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications. - Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. - Review requisition orders to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications. - Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts. - Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors. - Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. - Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders. - Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered. - Participation in proposals and customer credit policy, financial debt collection and monitoring the performance - Monitoring operation and financial procedures. - Perform all duties as assigned and required in accordance with the instruction within the organization and accounting policies. - Proficiency in the official documentation and tax regulation/bills to mitigate the cost. - Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations. - Negotiation and administration contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. - Business negotiation with foreign suppliers in order to make contract for purchasing product with best quality and price. - Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering, order registration in MOC and all other import process formalities. - Strong experience for searching to make good cooperation and agency from foreign companies. - Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes

Requirements

- Minimum bachelor's degree -At least 2 years’ experience as a commercial expert -Fluent in English. -Advanced in computer skills (Microsoft Office). -Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Experienced, confident with strong influential and relationship skills, dealing with both customers and internal managers at all levels in a global matrix organization -Strong negotiation and customer communications skills -High level of analysis of significant issues, identification and resolution -Negotiation Skills - Communication Proficiency
