- Perform all commercial affairs (both foreign and domestic) which starts by receiving the inquiries from the customers and choosing the proper sources to request for quotation (RFQ). Negotiate the payments, delivery and coordinate all purchase terms and condition with both customer and the supplier and prepare a competitive offer for the customers (Tenders, Bids etc.) - Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Proforma Invoice to purchase order and shipping documents. - Ensure that purchased goods and services are delivered on time and as per the agreement. - Capable to handle all formalities for: import / export affairs, deliveries, customs, shipment, insurance, banking and payment. - Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as searching and evaluating suppliers (Sourcing), based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and reputation and history to make the best offer or purchase package. - Prepare, archive and review orders and purchasing files and price list. - Following up every single task individually to ensure all necessary actions are done in details in order to maintain a safe, reliable and reasonable purchase cycle - Responsible for the supervision and execution of all issues related to procurement procedure. - To contact with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other possible problems. - Being up-to-dated about current regulations and monitor applicable law changes for better dealing with customs, truck, sea and air freight, documents and payment methods. - Monitor shipments to ensure that goods loaded on time. Check reliability of new forwarders, carriers, shipping lines and new sources. - Developing relations with suppliers, negotiate with suppliers on payment methods - Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. - Analyse price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine suitable supplier. - Monitor changes that affect the supply and demand conditions, international trade, follow market conditions, price trends and potential future markets. - Cooperate in exhibitions and customer visits with our international partners. In case of necessity, shall work on public holidays as well.
- At least BA/BS degree. Preferably candidates with chemical/Petrochemical/Mechanical engineering degrees. - Experience in oil & gas and Petrochemical industry is an advantage. - Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement/commercial field. - Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations - Leadership skills and team work ability. - Being honest, flexible, self-motivated, punctual, accurate, self-organized and fast learner. - Good communication, presentation, negotiation and team working skills. - Good command of computer: ICDL skills. - Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks. - Have great analytical and problem resolving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines required. - Fluent English in writing, speaking, listening and reading. *Workplace: Tehran, Mirdamad.
