-Communication with all abroad agents about rates from entire the world.
-Supporting sales department in order to get rates for their inquiries.
-Negotiating with the agents to get competitive rates, arrange bookings with agents & internal shipping lines and also our Traffic department, checking every month the Statement of accounts.
- Effective cooperation with Traffic, sales & Accounting departments.
Requirements
- Being team-work oriented, efficient and productive in his / her tasks
- Ability to communicate with the people in / out the company easily and perfectly
- Ability to build strong relationships cross functionally at all levels including Sales/ General management
- Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 08:00 am-04:00 pm Thursday till 1:00 PM
- Familiar with English slang in Commercial & International Transportation
