The holder of this job is responsible for monitoring and managing cloud and date center-related service to service receivers with using ticketing tools, project control software and considering ITIL and eTOM standards.
- Monitor providing service to demandants and ensure the received service on agreed period.
- Prepare performance reports about the way of provided service.
- Check requests and tickets and managing it
- Prepare necessary work flows for providing right service and operating it in ticket system by aiding system support
- Cooperate with organization process department in preparing and correcting processes and procedures
- Correct and improve service provide methods
- Check and correct service request
- Monitor performance of contractors and prepare SLA
Education: IT, IT management
Experience: three years in IT and IT management
Skills and Abilities:
• Familiar with ITIL
• Familiar with virtualization, data center, IT and network security
• Familiar with project control and its tools
• Familiar with CCNA, Network+, Security +, Virtualization, ITIL
