Provide leadership in the development of the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
Plan and perform risk management duties.
Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization.
Implement and drive the core financial processes and reporting for the business including annual operating plans, long term plans, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable.
Responsible for timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.
Manage processes for financial forecasting, budget consolidation, and reporting to the company.
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Requirements
More than 5 years of working experience as a CFO.
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law.
Hands-on experience with risk management.
Hands-on experience with financial management software.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
