Job Description

• Provide leadership in the development of the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Plan and perform risk management duties.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization.
• Implement and drive the core financial processes and reporting for the business including annual operating plans, long term plans, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable.
• Responsible for timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budget consolidation, and reporting to the company.
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
