Job Description

• Policy-making, planning, supervising, and managing the improvement, development, and correct use of the financial unit
• Full supervision of the implementation of all financial programs Cooperation in the preparation and adjustment of the annual budget.
• Supervising and controlling the preparation of financial statements based on accounting standards and information available in the company in order to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements submitted to the competent authorities.
• Supervising the presentation of financial reports (re portable assets, contractors' status, financial, debt) based on the information available in the offices in order to inform superiors for decision making.
• Monitoring and controlling the company's liquidity is based on the prioritization of the company's needs and goals in order to optimally allocate liquidity to the company's priorities.
• Supervising the registration of accounts and maintaining legal books and documents based on the regulation of the writing of books in order to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial events.
• Monitoring and controlling the accounts receivable and payable of the company and following up discrepancies based on the discrepancy and adjusting the accounts in order to resolve the discrepancies and clarify the accounts.
• Supervising and controlling all payments (salaries and benefits, status statements of contractors and sellers, and others) based on regulations, regulations, and laws related to payments to beneficiaries.
• Controlling and monitoring and determining matters related to the accounting of warehouse and property (collector or property trustee) and facilities based on regulations, laws, regulations, and related documents in order to ensure proper maintenance and protection of property.
• Participating in the meetings of the company's internal commissions (transactions, loans, etc.) based on membership in the aforementioned commissions in order to make decisions and organize meetings.
• Cooperating in the formation and transformation of ideals and policies into operational and strategic plans of the company.
• Monitoring and providing reports and financial information for the stock exchange organization and other regulatory oversight.
