POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Tehran /Iran Company: Nestlé Full-time Bachelor’s Degree Report to: Head of Sales POSITION SUMMARY As a Trade Marketing Channel Manager, you are responsible for Instill a high-performance culture (people development), optimize sales structure, maintain and enhance channel growth and profitability. A DAY IN THE LIFE … - You will be responsible to ensure that category volume/value and are achieved by country within category allocated budgets and translate Market category & brand objectives into country/channel category objectives in coordination with the sales teams. - Implement and maintain the core range distribution and merchandising guidelines by analyzing the channel and recommend action plans on numeric distribution, core range and planograms will be part of your daily routine. - Ensure efficient implementation & evaluation of Point of Sales Material at point of purchase in alignment with the sales team (quantities & timelines). -You will be the champion of regional activities & country specific promotional process per category like defining objectives, briefing, coordinating the implementation & evaluating all promotions as well as providing recommendations & corrective actions during monthly meetings. - You will be accountable to conduct market visits in the country across all channels focusing on Point of Purchase drivers, shelf life, competitor activities. Based on shopper observation, recommend actionable in store solutions within the trade channels. - You need to ensure effective launches of new product and/or line extensions on a country level through the implementation plan and organizing category roadshows/ presentations for the sales teams - You will be responsible to provide Channel Category trends to support the development of Channel strategies and supporting Chanel Categories Sale Development managers on defining and optimizing strategy and allocation, annual budgets and investment at an OPC level, also you will be in touch with the Brand Managers for defining and optimizing annual budgets and investment, accountable for tracking and maintaining spending.

Requirements

ARE YOU A FIT? - University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or any Sales relevant field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG industry with minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade and Key Account Management. - Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people - Fluent in English language written and spoken
