Manage all local and international business travels
Formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
Very strong interpersonal skills with psychological approach to build relationships with various people
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Emotionally mature and have self-confident
Having good memory
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience –
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel) –
Strong communication and interpersonal skills –
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Remain calm under pressure
Fluent in English (both Written and Verbal)
