Job Description

Main Responsibilities: • Organizing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for CEO • Preparing reports and documents • Paper and electronic documentation • Being available on phone on holidays and Non-Working hours • Responsible for all CEO’s office requirements & arrangements • Coordinate meetings with department heads, guests and customers • Responsible for preparing documents for meetings • Assist CEO with efficient time management • Being present in events, conferences and workshops • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external requests • Arrange travel, visas and accommodation for CEO • Provide support in line with CEO’s work routines and preferences • Handle documents and letters for CEO approval • Organizing, planning & following up the internal activities related to the management office • Assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing of all daily activities • Monitoring the CEO's agenda, managing the phone, e-mail traffic • Welcoming the guests • Preparing Internal /external meeting minutes • Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results • Follow up and manage key delegation topics with Company key leaders

Requirements

• University degree, at least bachelor’s degree • At least 5 years’ experience in personal assistant role • Flexible in working hours and work conditions • Team worker • Good communication skills • Good public relations • Energetic • Highly motivated and self-driven • Responsible • Fluent in English • Ability to follow up multiple tasks within deadlines • Being very precise, punctual, respectful • Excellent presentation, management and inter-personal skills • Mastery in using MS Office software • Ideal Age: 25– 40
