Job Description

This position colaborates directly to the CEOs of Digikala Group and is an exciting opportunity to handle business communications, project coordination and schedule management. You’ll also have the chance to communicate with various subsideries and departments within the Group Company.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ·      Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure efficient use of time. ·      Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes. ·      Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including visas, tickets, accommodation, and logistical support. ·      Follow up on CEO’s instructions, ongoing tasks, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure timely completion. ·      Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone communications, prioritizing urgent matters and drafting responses when required. ·      Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain discretion in handling corporate and personal matters. ·      Liaise with senior management, subsidiaries, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. ·      Support the CEO in preparation for Board of Directors and shareholder meetings by coordinating materials and logistics. ·      Track and monitor deadlines, projects, and commitments, ensuring the CEO is fully briefed in advance. ·      Assist with the organization of internal and external events, including executive-level workshops and forums. ·      Oversee administrative support related to CEO’s office, including coordination with drivers, support staff, and vendors. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE Minimum Academic and Professional Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.- Executive assistant or office management certification is an advantage. Experience:- Minimum 7– 5 years of executive or personal assistant experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives.- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and confidential matters.- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders across holding structures or multinational organizations is preferred.- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
