Job Description

• Guide marketing activities to ensure that communication and campaigns are in alignment with the strategic business direction and coordinate campaign activities across the organization for alignment, efficiency and transparency • Enhance the company visual presence • Gather market intelligence through field visits and market survey to build an accurate market research • Co-Lead the digital marketing transformation • Enhance and communicates the company /Product value proposition through unique marketing strategies • Work with agencies to propose innovative tools and tactics for effective and appropriate touch points, ensure alignment of key messages, campaign theme at all levels • Work directly with the Marketing Head to ensure that marketing communication plans are developed and executive in a consistent quality manner, adhere to the brand architecture guidelines and build the described brand image • Plan and implement advertising and publicity campaigns so that brand equity is optimized and customer strategies are supported. • Investigate and implement new promotion & communication techniques in response to a changing market dynamics • Monitor and follow up on A&P implementation • Create all brand marketing communication • Manage the agency contracts to ensure that work efforts are efficient and effective and aligned with business goals. Manage overall working relationship to ensure that teams are properly staffed according to resources and that day to day working teams are strong and highly functional. • Assist in the development of marketing communication strategies and plans to meet campaign objectives.

Requirements

- Critical knowledge • Minimum of BS degree. • Must have strong knowledge of marketing and communications principles • Knowledge of customer relationship marketing and branding principles, and industry measurement and standards (benchmarks) • Overall understanding of the role of individual marketing disciplines and demonstrated knowledge of effective use in overall marketing and CRM campaigns - Critical experience • Minimum of 5 years of communication experience with some experience managing communications in a corporate environment • Agriculture industry experience necessary • Demonstrated in developing and implementing communications plans across a complex and diverse business - Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities • Strategic thinking capability – can distill information into strategic communications frameworks • Superior oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage several projects and responsibilities simultaneously • Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information • Thrive working in a team environment • Build rapport within Marketing Services and across the company functions • Ability to work with senior management levels of the organization effectively • Proficient computer skills • Fluent English language (written and spoken) - Critical leadership capabilities • Communications with impact • Gains commitment of individuals and stakeholders in a compelling way • Focuses on customers • Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers Collaborates across boundaries • Collaborates effectively across organizational and functional boundaries, and leverages diversity Critical success factors & key challenges • Proactive work style • Productive working relationships with senior leaders through first line leaders • Productive working relationships with Group, Corporate, Crop Protection and Seed HQ • Develop and implement and be accountable for strategic communication plan
