Job Description

• Answering incoming calls and Follow up customer calls where necessary; • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information; • Helping customers to use the services; • Route calls to appropriate resource; • Documentation all of calls information according to standard operating procedures; • Complete call logs and reports; • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints; • Prepare regular reports on daily/monthly/quarterly basis for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; • At least 1 year of related experience; • Familiar with CRM and the principles and techniques of negotiation; • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & word; especially); • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced and handle stressful situation appropriately; • Excellent data entry and typing skills; • Creative, flexible and energetic at work; • Attention to detail and accuracy; • Team working and multitask ability; • Well organized and problem solving skills; • Special points for Candidates who are Familiar with capital market, especially investment funds.
