Job Description

About the role: As a Business Intelligence Developer, you'll empower various business units and serve as a cross-domain partner with members of engineering, product, and other analytics groups. Data Analysts have the opportunity to work on company-wide efforts where product and operations overlap, such as user retention and expansion campaigns, calculating user lifetime value, and pipeline development strategy, all the while providing data-driven feedback to streamline existing processes and policies. Responsibilities: ● Partner with business owners of Sanjagh and various teams to conduct in-depth quantitative analyses that guide strategic decisions that ultimately affect not only the day-to-day operations of those teams but also the overall supply health of the business. ● Communicate actionable insights to and drive analytics initiatives for various across Sanjagh; including product, engineering, growth, and marketing, and more quickly build technical and content expertise about our platform, as well as the touch-points through which the operations teams interact with our service providers and customers. ● Make recommendations based on detailed analysis and a deep understanding of the context of our business. ● Build and maintain reports, models, and visualizations that provide insight into users’ experiences and business performance. ● Maintain queries and scripts that underpin Sanjagh’s ETL data pipeline. ● Identify key drivers of core business and experience outcomes through regression analyses, Machine Learning methods, and other statistical techniques.
