Requirements

A suitable candidate will be a results-driven individual, be highly creative and analytical, be a strategic thinker, have an ability to work comfortably in a collaborative setting, be comfortable working with business top-leadership and executives, be a highly organized, and have an ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines. - 1-3 years of experience in a Data Analytics role - Logical thinker with business acumen - Able to think commercially - Demonstrable mastery of SQL, MySQL - Experience extracting data from a big data warehouse/dataset is an advantage - Experience with BI data viz platforms like Tableau, Shiny or similar is an advantage - Ability to learn new technical skills will get exposure to R and/or Python - Ability to edit html, css and javascript files (Not required but nice to have) - Very strong investigative and problem-solving skills - Ability to join together different data sets and make reasonable assumptions to get to a conclusion - Strong communicator who can turn data into actionable insight - Team Player - Have to be passionate and equally equipped with analytical skills. - Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.)
