Job Description

• Establish relationships with clients, maintain and nurture business relationships with existing clients. • Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks • Act as a brand custodian for the clients and brands, deliver the output as per the brand guidelines and client’s brief. Take real ownership of developing the business including sales, distribution channels, tracking orders with existing & new customers • Communicate with senior decision makers to convert leads into sales and pride themselves on delivering something unique • Contribute to making improvements to existing systems, practices and approaches, influence productivity issues and working methods to meet customer needs • Generate meetings with decision makes either face to face or over the phone and demonstrate strong Business Negotiation skills • Establish and maintain a highly professional relationship to the various decision makers within the customer's organizations, institutions, companies and factories • Coordinate development of international sales objectives, strategies, promotional programs and ensure their execution • Collect and maintain records of international commercial data related to company’s products • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial processes • Analyze market and industry trends, competitive product pricing and positioning • Develop product and technology roadmaps • Identify gaps and plan strategy for a global product portfolio • Lead pitch development and coordinate with subject matter experts • Prepare and submit weekly reports related to scope of work, procedures & responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Food Industry • A self-starter who generates new business and can prove themselves in the B2B sales world • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal • Creative thinking, very strong analytical abilities and decision making based on facts • Strong understanding and familiarity with raw materials and Food market. confectionery,dairy,..) • Must have at least 5 years of experience in the field • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills • Effective time manager & problem-solver responsible for managing own schedule • Well-versed in English, both spoken and written, with good experience of writing mutured contents • Strong knowledge of computer applications, particularly to be very professional in using Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet Browsers • Polished and articulate presenter of information to prospects • Leadership qualities or ambition to grow in the role as the company expands • Excellent Project managing • If you are genuinely looking for the vehicle to take you to the next step in your career, this is the opportunity for you Key Demographic Requirements: • Age Range: 25-37 Minimum Years of Experience: • 5
