Incumbent in this role contributes in assessing, recommending, designing and implementing appropriate Market/Factory Business Applications solutions, including infrastructure, resources and external/internal services. He/She supports corporate project teams for the implementation/modification of the Corporate IT systems and relevant technologies in the business applications systems/services area
The incumbent leads and manages his/her team, ensuring identified projects are executed, while day-to-day operations continue in an effective and efficient manner in align with JTI and Corporate governance standards
-Collect business requirements, verification, design and develop of corporate IT technological and methodology standards in Business Applications (technology platform selection, best practices in software development, project management)
-Fully responsible to develop, implement and support of Business Application's part of IT Service Continuity Plan (based on Business Impact Analysis) and managing of respective regular activities - review, testing, back-up and resource planning on an annual basis
-Proactively look for potential business improvements, evaluates existing best IT related practices (inside/outside JTI) and supports business and IT strategies
-Responsible for decision making regarding external IT Service Provider(s) selection in accordance with Operating Guidelines and JTI Policies & Procedures and contract preparation
-Establish effective working relationships with Internal and External IT Service Providers
-Plan and execute of the IT- Business Application budgets, optimizes, controls and reduce costs to improve Market/Factory efficiency and profitability in line with Business and IT Strategies and agreed financial constraints
-Lead respective IT team and leverages capabilities within the Market/Factory and implements required improvements to increase team's business performance, motivate the team to go the extra mile
-University Degree in Computer Sciences, Software or IT
-Minimum 2 years similar experience (including people management) with 4+ years of overall experience in software development and system analyst
-Advanced working knowledge of following technologies; MS Visual Studio, Java or any other programming languages, web server (IIS & Tomcat), developing and maintaining relational databases (MS – SQL, PostgreSQL), MS Windows and Linux platform
-Strong knowledge of visualizing, modeling and documenting business process
-Strong communication and project management skills (budgets, resource planning) in software development/implementation projects
-Good knowledge of ERP & SFA business models and related processes in: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Production and Supply Chain, Logistics areas
-Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Excellent written and spoken English
