Job Description
• Define End-to-End Business and functional solutions to support Telecom products and services • Development of requirements, functional and specification documents • Convert business needs to clear technical specification & define clear scope of deliverables from different entities to meet the business requirement • Gather requirements & available solutions from several peripheral teams • Strategize and prepare product roadmap strategy and descriptions • Participate in Estimation and Solution Design activities
Requirements
• Thorough understanding of Telecom business processes and latest industry trends • Extensive experience in dealing with highly technical issues and demonstrated ability to draft effective solutions to business problems / opportunities • Good understanding of the Technology platform and ability to visualize the solution to address the business needs appropriately • Should have excellent analytical, documentation and presentation skill • Must have excellent Customer interaction and management skills • Should have worked on similar area for a Telecom Billing System previously for most part of the experience shown
