Job Description
- Provide the monthly reporting, forecasting, long range plan and budgeting process.
- Review product margins, customers profitabilities and share conclusions and actions.
- Proceed OPEX control and optimization guidance.
- Screen all capital investments projects (business plan).
- Provide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and future financial performance to reach business strategy.
- Support Operation KPI’s tracking and analysis on variances.
- Support HR with productivity KPI’s and resource planning.
- Develop and/or follow up working capital management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance.
- Around 5 years of managerial experience in financial, or business controlling, preferably in FMCG.
- Good communication and management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- A good knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like QlikView, Power BI.
- Analytical, hands-on, initiative taking, result driven.
- Open minded.

- Analytical sense.
- Integrity and ethical sense.
