• Prepare monthly rolling forecast.
• Calculate material costs, general production expenses, personnel expenses, logistics expenses, and all other operation expenses budget and actual analysis.
• Raw material and packing budget and actual difference analysis.
• Prepare financial statements and coordinate presentations for the director of the head office.
• Product analysis.
• CAPEX budget and actual analysis.
• Study and calculate the cost and profitability of new products.
