Job Description

-Conduct market research to be aware of existing trends, predict future trends and identify opportunities -Develop, organize, implement and manage branding programs, creative campaigns (online, email), events and programs related to corporate social responsibility -Analyze, evaluate the performance and success of branding campaigns and provide management reports -Planning, developing, and monitoring customer advertising and marketing strategies in order to achieve goals related to brand and organization value -Holding meetings with key customers of the organization -Establish effective communication with marketing managers and other colleagues in different parts of the organization -Communicate effectively with influencers, journalists, and social media -Develop strategies and guidelines required in the field of branding -Introducing a new product to the target market -Identify and analyze competitors, brands in the market, branding costs, and consumer behavior -Help build brand awareness and promote brand value and profitability -Supervising, organizing, planning, directing, and controlling the performance of subordinate employees -Budget management in the field of organization branding -Update brand identity based on market conditions, business and audience attitudes

Requirements

-Mastering the design and implementation of branding campaigns -Having analytical thinking -Attention to detail -Understand trends and respond to customer needs -Creative and innovative -Ability to advance teamwork and manage different projects simultaneously -Ability to manage and allocate funds optimally -Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing -Ability to advance business correspondence -Has strategic thinking -Moderate to written and oral comprehension of English -Master the principles of branding, marketing, advertising, and market research -Familiarity with different types of media -Familiarity with design principles
