Job Description

In order to complete our sales staff, we need a brand manager in cosmetic products line (need to activate and develop med rep line) with sufficient experience: • Working closely with the sales team and key opinion leaders of the Cosmetic industry • Active and develop Cosmetic products sale line with med rep in the provincial area • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing periodic sales quotas for regions • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results • Responsible for budgeting, sale forecasting, reporting, analyzing, planning • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Frequent visit to the market and gather information about market share, trends and future prospects • Implements sales programs by developing action plans • Manage all new product development projects, planning launch/go to market plan for new products • Having strong relation with customer in order to increase sales rate and develop their market • Develop deep understanding of consumers, market, competitors, achieve strong insights and deliver practical analysis to identify opportunities and threats • Planning & managing the marketing budget • Managing the marketing activities in order to achieve marketing goals and KPIs • Prepare strategic roadmap and marketing plan for each product category • Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics • Market research, gathering and analyzing competitors and market information’s • Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in related fields • Previous experience as Brand Manager • Thinking Creatively • Strong analytical& Strategic thinking skills • Problem solving skills • Advanced Presentation and communication skills • Excellent project management capability • Able to develop effective relationships • Ability to deliver business benefits / business results • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing • Strong computer skills especially Excel & power point • Good team work player • Strong organizational skills • Gender Preference: Preferably male / Female • Fluent in English
