Job Description

- Defining and executing necessary actions for achieving monthly and yearly allocated targets align with company strategies, in its province - Monitoring the performance of salespersons and each distributor and sub-Distributor in his assigned area (Credit Limits, Target achievements in Category and SKU bases, Payments, Stock levels, Prices, and Promotions executions, Orders status, ...) and presenting the solutions for increasing their efficiency. Presenting the report of sales status to higher-level managers. - mplementing regular meetings with sales team to find-out the opportunities. - Analyzing the work performance of sales team and giving proper guidelines to them to achieve defined goals. Giving on-Job training to sales team - Having a joint market visit from the field of the assigned area with the participation of sales team, highlighting the SWOT to Regional sales manager and upper-level managers - Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through the 4 P. - Analyze the competitive market and reporting - Develop Marketing and Branding ideas and execution plans - Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates. - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals -Positively Coach, develop, train, appraise and motivate direct and indirect reports -Reporting to: Marketing and sales Manager -Travel requirements: travel within in its province -Requirements at least education level required for the candidate of the position: Bachelor, MBA preferred -Previous experience: - At least five years of experience in brand management or related fields -Specialist knowledge: - Highly experienced in presentation skills - MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
