Job Description

We are now hiring very capable candidates for our new branches. Some of our tasks: - Answer customers' questions and explain available services - Compile information about new accounts, enter account information into computers, and file related forms or other documents. - Inform customers of procedures for applying for services, such as ATM cards, direct deposit of checks. - Perform teller duties as required. - Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. See more occupations related to this task. - Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. See more occupations related to this task. - Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills. See more occupations related to this task. - Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers. Working hours: 9:00-19:00 Women & 19:00-0:00 Men. Travel requirements: Not at all. Commission: Salary + Commission.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in the related fields - Proficient in Computer, Microsoft Office, archiving files - Having 3 years administrative officer experience is necessary - Having 3 years administrative officer experience is necessary - Excellent interpersonal & skills and team working attitude - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Strong communication skills and excellent public relations - Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars for colleagues and customers
