Job Description
•Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
•Maintain, build and develop relationships with customers and distributes.
•Ensure good collaboration between sales department and other departments Achieve branch objectives
•Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
•Define, implement and report sales activities
•Analyze and control performance of every team member and coaching them in successful way
•Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement - Review and analyze sales performances against programs and planning to determine effectiveness of them
•Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
•Manage the sales team
•Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors and customers
