Job Description

Main Objective: Carrying out or supervising all maintenance logistics activities in the base (vehicles, fuel consumption, and local infrastructure) according to MSF standards and protocols in order to have the material, infrastructure and vehicles in optimal running conditions. Main Responsibilities: -Planning vehicles movements, tracking individual trips, and ensuring implementation of security measures -Tracking consumption of supplies, fuel, lubricants, used in different facilities (office, house, store) -Checking the maintenance of the various open spaces (gardens, courtyards...) and ensuring that domestic waste is correctly discarded -Checking and ensuring the maintenance of MSF premises and facilities, as well as the general water supply, electrical, walls, ceilings etc. and security conditions. In this sense, making inspection visits to assess the rehabilitation needs of facilities. -Performing maintenance of logistics equipment for cold chain, energy and IT, in particular inventories and the reallocation of equipment -Checking the quality of the work carried out on generators and electrical installations. -Preparing orders for his sector activity, do the follow-up, and check their proper reception and state. -Carrying out local purchases and ensuring that the line manager is aware of any problems linked to the quality or availability of the items to be purchased. -Check fire control equipment on a regular basis and display evacuation plan in all rooms -Check earthquake safety equipment on a regular basis and display safety plans and numbers in all rooms -Provide following reports: • Purchase follow up report, including list of suppliers and prices, on a weekly basis • Monthly stock to be reported at the end of month • Assessment files (for purchase and maintenance) and send to Log manager on a weekly basis -Premises equipment checklist weekly -Fulfill weekly tasks delegated by Logistics manager in a timely and quality manner, following MSF standards and protocols -Supervise watchmen and storekeeper assistant according to their job description and MSF standards and protocols *What we offer: -Legal contract with Social Security coverage -Pay in accordance with the MSF salary grid -Health care coverage for the employee and his/her dependents -The chance to gain professional development in an international organization and to develop(Career path, training, etc.) Within the organization -The opportunity to contribute to our objective of saving lives, alleviating suffering and working with those most in need *Job Location: Molavi Area
