Job Description
-Build out the sales team -Develop, manage and coach a small team of inside sales managers and help them develop successful sales teams -Managing the distributor relationships -Monitoring sales budgets and taking action to achieve targets -Analyzes sales service trends based on historical data to close performance gaps -Manage secondary sales and demand activation -Negotiate Effectively with distributors and stores
Requirements
-Any Graduate (related field is preferred) -At least 3 years’ experience in B2C sales preferable in FMCG/ Food field -Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills -Fluent in the principles and techniques of telephone and in-person negotiation and B2C. -Able to work under pressure to achieve targets -Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail, and internet browsing)
