About the Role We offer an opportunity for a creative Associate Product Manager to take a pivotal role in this effort and join our product team supporting multiple capabilities of business. This role will primarily support Snapp core products for all regions and will be based in Snapp’s HQ in Tehran. Responsibilities Product Development: Work closely with engineers, designers and data scientists to execute your road map and deliver solutions to the market User Advocacy: Ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard in every step of the way (from problem validation to solution validation and release) Stakeholder Management: Ensuring internal and external stakeholders have buy-in to the backlog Feature Specification: Making sure that the items on the road map and backlog are well documented and clear enough for tech team Impact Analysis: Retrieving business and experience metrics to analyze the impact of each feature Delivery: Making sure that the team meets the due dates
Requirements
Product Specification and User Story Development Knowledge Knowledge of Feature impact analysis Ability to design meaningful metrics for products A product owner who ensures proper and on time delivery Knowledge of agile methodologies and respective tools, such as Jira, confluence, etc. Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred Desired Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and Data Science Data analysis knowledge, being hands-on with SQL and Analytical tools Knowledge of prioritizing features Overview of Data Science concepts to translate business needs to meaningful data metrics and vise versa
