Job Description

• Help in developing, implementing and supervising new and existing features and services to meet business objectives • Work cross-functionally with departments of Tech, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and others to help create products that users love • Continuously monitor customer usage and prepare OKR reports • Collect consumer feedback and market demand to help ensure product specifications are aligned with actual consumer needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of category or project management • Able to work in fast paced working environment • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Comfort with ambiguity as is common in IT companies that are going through big changes • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work cross-functionally with different types of stakeholders • Fluent in English • Data driven decision making. Proficiency in Excel is a must • Strong problem solving skills • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
