Job Description

We are looking for a creative Art director who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of building a strong brand through different channels. You will cooperate with a creative team to produce the artwork. The goal is to translate brand and marketing strategies into effective and impressive contents and campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences and achieve business goals. You are supposed to : • Collaborate with the marketing team in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. • Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions, and working from a brief with a copywriter, to come up with ideas. • Work with outsourced specialists, such as artists and photographers, to work on different projects • Guide, Review, critique and approve designs, artwork, photography, graphics developed by other design creative team members or external vendors. • Aligning art deliverables with brand guidelines and Ensure all content is checked for brand consistency and tone of voice. • Ensure everyone in the Marketing team and organization understands and unfailingly sticks to the brand guidelines. • Support the development of the brand across employee and client-facing touchpoints • Act as a critical support to key campaigns internally and externally, advising on brand requirements and shaping the solutions. • Lead inter-department communications as they relate to art and assist in supporting all external art requirements to help promote Brand. • Produce sketches, storyboards, motion graphics, stop motions, and animations to visualize ideas. • Create clear, well-communicated brand guidelines. Building brand library, documenting brand guidelines and keeping every brand doc and brand assets UpToDate & accessible. • Take an active, hands-on role in developing, maintaining, and refining marketing materials. • Meets art department cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions. • Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers / Vendors and provide directions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an art director or a similar art management position. • Be highly creative. • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives and target audience. • Understanding Brand guidelines marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience. • Deep understanding of how design supports narrative and brand positioning / marketing • Hands on experience with logo design, typography, print production, video production. • Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite. • Be as comfortable creating design work yourself as you are managing wider external vendors and studios. • Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production. • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent. • Experience in branding or rebranding process is a plus. • Have a network for Work with outsourced specialists. • Proven to be flexible, highly motivated and approachable. • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
