Job Description
Achieving each category sales targets through maximizing short and long term growth opportunities and increasing the availability of products at assigned area through both distribution channel and wholesalers. Where ever working with distributors, lead the staff to achieve their goals by control and track of the achievement level of sales targets.
Main responsibility:
- Building long term relationship with customers (distributors and wholesaler), maintaining positive business relationship to ensure future developments
- Develop & leading distributor’s sales team, ensure of efficient and effective field execution, implementing sales and distribution strategies in assigned area
- Monitoring sales process in the distribution center and perform the monthly reports
- Managing Supply and Warehousing in the distribution center
- Ensuring that, shelf and warehouse stocks are correctly audited, rotated, and the short expiry issues are properly handled in line with company policy
- Intensive field presence to have real-time insight about the market, competition, sales team and distributor's performance
- Being Ensured on shelf availability of all products based on core distribution by communicating with the merchandiser and following up with store visits (to be performed in monthly visit)
-Organizing field visits on a routine basis and follow up with stores and clients in the assigned area to ensure availability of products
- Participate in setting short term and long term goals and objectives for sales team of each area according to market conditions
- Financial Monitoring the distribution process and clearance with the company and ensure collection and financial reconciliation is made in line with payment terms
- Reporting market intelligence (Sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles) to sales management
