Job Description
- Overall planning of sales of products in the supervision area
- Explore & Study the competitor’s movements in the target market
- Identify & track the sales goals in the supervision area
- Control the amount of returns products and try to reduce this amount
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Managing the sales team to achieve determined targets.
- Pro actively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
- To ensure that targets are met and value addition propositioning is presented to potential clients, in line with the overall objectives and growth plans of the business.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Getting & supervising daily & Monthly activities and reports from Pharmaceutical Representatives
- Collecting customer feedback and market research and competitive analyses.
- Setting individual sales targets for Pharmaceutical Representatives in each team by Potential of cities and SKU's
- Allocating regions to sales representatives
