- Providing regulation needed for administrative. - Examine and control the administrative forms. - Supervising the argument work hour of factory personal and other offices. - Presenting the regulations relating to the staff. - Holding disciplinary committee and dealing with regulations breaches. - Answering questions relating to salary and other perks to the staff.
