Job Description
Objective of the role: Work consists of supporting management, using a variety of communication and organizational skills. List of responsibilities: - Coordinate office activities and operations - Providing full secretarial & administrative support - Ensuring that all internal and external telephone connections are made accurately and quickly - Organizing and coordinating calls, appointments, meetings, maintaining schedules, reminders and calendars - Performing all tasks to be assigned by Management - Collaborate with the Sales Team and assist the sales back office - Responding to email inquiries - Travel bookings & applying for visas, tickets & hotels - Assisting the management in other tasks and activities - Preparing letters and reports in professional way - Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents - Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries . Working hours: Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 9:00-18:00 (Saturday & Friday are days off).
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor degree and above. Specialist knowledge: - Have mastery of MS Office programs (ICDL advanced) - Good command of English - Reporting Expertise - Good knowledge of computer and internet Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Well-organized and having good time management skills - Fully focused, Negotiation skills, Multi tasks and responsible for the task assigned - Responsible, reliable and creative - High level of energy and motivation, and interest in learning - Integrity and confidentiality - An understanding and willingness to support the work duties - Hard worker and Serious in work - Multitasking capabilities - Gender Preference: Female
