Job Description

  • Collect time-sheet data and payroll information.
  • Enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
  • Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
  • Prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Perform account balance and payroll reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management.
  • Prepare SSO and Tax.
  • Post petty cash vouchers.
  • Check sale and purchase invoices on the website of MOF.
  • Coordinate the monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in year-end closing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
  • English fluency is a plus.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • High-level precision in working.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time management and problem solving.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in financial software especially Rahkaran system.
  • Ideal age range: 26 to 32 years old.
