Job Description
● Develop, maintain and analyze accounts, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
● Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general structure.
● Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
● Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
● Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
● Assist the controller with daily banking requirements.
● Make a friendly atmosphere with other team members in the accounting department.
● Respond to requests of other departments in the company.
