•Applying, analyzing, and evaluating HSS rules in production to make sure about zero safety accident, employee wellbeing and security of production area.
•Controlling the water and energy consumption in a proper way to ensure environmental aspects are well treated (aligned with Bel CSR policy) and cost impacts are under control.
•Managing the traceability of products process to follow quality aspects.
•Updating and applying all production work instructions to standardize the process flow in each production section.
•Implementing 5S and analyzing gaps to lead corrective actions and close the gaps.
•Applying safety, quality and environment standards such as HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001 and 14001, GMP to make sure quality of products are guaranteed and people are working in safe area.
•Leading the production plan aligned with qualification standards to deliver the required volume with respectful quality.
•Implementing the trials/innovations confirmed by development and marketing to develop new process/products.
•Identifying analyzing, improving, checking, and reporting of production processes to optimize the processes.
•Controlling the production labor cost to meet the manpower budget.
•Controlling the losses in a daily basis to achieve the monthly targets.
•Monitoring consumption of chemical material (CIP) to keep it under control and optimize it.
•Controlling and monitoring the equipment efficiency to support maintenance analysis and cost.
•Tracking all inputs and outputs of production to confirm the delivered data for monthly finance closing.
•Monitoring the daily report of production KPIs to keep the processes under control.
•Leading the problem-solving meeting in case of any performance issue (such as big Loss, low OEE, …) in production area to find root causes of incidents.
•Budget preparation for production department to forecast cost of production (COP) in coming year.
•Run the production based on Bel manufacturing model (BMM) to optimize the processes and increase the efficiency.
