Job Description

We are looking for a human resources manager to join our team and monitor all human resources functions. The human resources manager's responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and a solid knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a senior HR manager or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with human resources management software (including payroll systems and ATS).
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
