Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Review warranty claims and repair authorizations submitted by dealerships and approve or reject them based on supporting documentation.

Prepare and present warranty reports, dealership repair invoices, and claim acceptance status.

Review and approve warranty critical (hot) parts and register them in the DMS system.

Submit and follow up on overseas/manufacturer warranty claims.

Inspect and evaluate vehicle defects in accordance with established technical guidelines.

Monitor and control replaced defective parts.


Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of vehicle technical systems.

Solid experience in warranty operations and processes.

Ability to prepare reports and handle formal correspondence.

Capability to review warranty claims and authorizations and submit cases to the parent/manufacturer company.

Familiarity with automotive technical terminology and ability to conduct professional correspondence in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
