Warehouse Expert

Job Description

• Keeping the warehouse part of ERP updated by transferring delivery and return SMRs.
• Updating inventory backup system (related Excel files, etc.).
• Preparing inventory,  stock moves, and other warehouse-related reports.
• Reviewing and managing the timeliness of scheduled deliveries and returns.
• Planning to return the faulty materials to customers' warehouses.
• Communicating with the project team, purchase team, etc.
• Organizing the POD of deliveries and returns.
• Inbound and outbound the materials based on related SMRs from the warehousing system correctly and precisely.
• Arranging the internal transfers of material between different WBSs.
• Supporting warehouse workers with needed reports.
• Implementing warehouse and logistics processes and procedures.
• Completing documentation concerning the flow of goods.
• Following HSE rules and instructions.
